因未支付交易款，凯撒已向京东退还21%途牛股份
12月27日据美国证监会公告，由于凯撒旗下关联公司Hopeful Tourism未能向京东支付此前收购途牛股份的交易款，经京东关联公司和凯撒及其关联公司所达成新协议，凯撒已将其所持21%的途牛股份退还给京东。
事情来龙去脉：
* 2015年，京东投资途牛并成为其大股东 * 2020年6月，凯撒同意收购京东所持途牛股票，作价4.58亿元 * 2020年11月，凯撒完成京东所持途牛股份交割，占比21.1%成第二大股东 * 2023年12月，因凯撒未按约定支付交易款给京东，双方协商一致后凯撒向京东退还21%的途牛股份
